Allegedly true story:
   Clever farmer/rancher rigged windmill to power electric
   fence.
   Clever cows (horses?) figgered out that unless the mill was turning,
   the fence was off..

	Could well be true.  Of course, you don't know how many unsuccessful attempts they made before they learned!  Neither of those animals is known for brainpower.  Pigs yes, cows and horses no.
