Not quite.  Static electricity behaves differently in that area.  Tough to
explain...  Anyways, point is, to static electricity the air and your head
are equivalent to metal plates(no insult intended), just that they have a
higher resistance...  Electrostatic generators work quite differently from
the usual...  TTYL!
