       You may wish to contact the 3M corp. They have in depth technical
parameters on  their line of epoxy adhesives....
electrical,thermal,chemical,you name they have info on it.

Thanks a lot. I haven't been able to find that spec anywhere. Just a
millimeter....!! Now all I have to do is find the epoxy...
