20" sparks with salt water cap

I have my small tesla coil fully optimized now.  I dont think there is any
way to
increase spark length beyond 20" with this setup which includes:

2 foot tall Glass Jug salt water cap (glows in the dark)
60 mA 15 kv neon
26" secondary, 12(?) primary turns
fan cooled 6-conductor copper pipe linear gap

If i buy a commercially sold .01 cap, i know i can increase output.  but
with the
setup i have now, i'd be surprised if i can get longer streamers
