I like a company called BOKER'S, they will make you anything
you want in the way of washers. This assumes you want enough identical
washers to justify the trouble ordering them.

If you just need a few, I would find some stock and punch or hole saw them
out yourself. I have hole-sawed insulating washers from
polyethylene kitchen cutting boards I picked up at the"Dollar" store.
For small washers and spacers, I cut up poly tubing with a razor
blade.
