Hi All!

I know it would be smarter to wait, untill the coil is complete, and
performance has been verified, but I still cannot wait to show what I
did this easter, now that it is drawing to a close, and ordinary
workdays approach.....

The pictures show mainly the SRSG deck of my new coil. The goal is to be
able to adjust the timing, while the coil is running, so that I get
equal bang size at 300 BPS, at all power levels.

The rotor of the SRSG has a center gap, which will be set so close that
it is perhaps not a gap at all, for least possible gap losses.

The part taking care of tuning the tank circuit is not in place yet, but
it will enable me to tune the coil in real time, although perhaps only
at reduced power levels, we`l see, how the tap connection behaves in
real operation.

Finally, the coil will also have realtime adjustment of the coefficient
of coupling.
