Inner Tube Size?

Dear List,

I'd like to order a tire inner tube to use as a
toroid, but I can't decipher the jargon used to
describe them.  I want one about 30 inches outside
diameter, with a chord of 5 to 6 inches.  Can someone
suggest an inner tube for that size?
