RE: MOTs Rule!



Can you explain the mechanism by which power dissipated in protection
resistors might increase as a function of pri-sec coupling?  After quench,
power in the secondary circuit may couple back to the primary with
increasing "efficiency" as coupling is increased, but since the primary tank
is no longer complete, that mechanism is extremely weak.
