suggested capacitance

I am thinking of building a MMC for my coil, but I have no idea what the best 
capacitance would be. I downloaded TCCAD, which will calculate the best 
capacitance to use with a given transformer. The program was designed for 
British coilers, and it calculates the capacitance with the mains frequency 
at 50 Hz. Does that make a difference? What is the best capacitance for a 15 
kV 60 mA NST?
