Hi Ry...

touching streamers is a definate NO-NO....    one wrong position and you
are "toast" .
The skin effect doesnt apply to flesh, the current flows thru lower
resistant blood
vessels and neural pathways. Internal RF burns are pretty nasty, it takes
months to
heal from them.

400$ for a refurbished 15KVA piggie is a bit pricey ...  are you sure about the
shipping costs???  52$ seems extremely cheap..  I had 2  10KVA piggies
shipped on one
pallet and it cost 360+$.
