The technical problems of streamer direction and
length control were solved some years back by the
pioneering work of prominent scientists Dr. Egon
Spengler and Dr. Ray Stantz. Not only did they learn
how to control the streamers, but they incorporated
their equipment into portable, backpack units that
allowed them to operate independant of cumbersome 120
or 240V electrical service. Unfortunately, their
obsession with the occult and the paranormal led to
all of their research being rejected by the larger
scientific community.
