Yes, I do realize that, however i am wondering whether its better to install
them before or after the RF line filter.  I've seen it done both ways, but
haven't received a definitive answer yet.  I guess if installed before the
RF line filter, the RF filter would see less current.

Hi Dan

Quick note on the PFC , You need to wire it on the mains side of the
transformer - thats if you meant power factor correction capacitors.
