An even better MOSFET driver

In http://hot-streamer/temp/TCH2DRVR.gif, I show yet another
driver/crossover-controller circuit.  It avoids the use of a P-MOSFET (as
in TCH-DRVR).

It occurs to me that Dan McCauley might want to add a base resistor,
similarly, for his Q6 (might alleviate the "smokin' hot!!!!" problem...).

I'm going to check this out soon but will appreciate any comments.
