Can't comment on the GE or Sprauge cap, but the 940 series CDE 
(Cornell-Dubilier Electronics) caps are a
polyester/polypropylene film construction.  They are not suited to Tesla 
Coils due to the polyester, as some
coilers have found out in the past.  The CDE 942s are metallized 
Polypropylene, are very rugged, and available
from The Geek Group at

Only the big 2kV .15uF are available, and there's a handy-dandy selection 
chart to take most of the work out of it
