While the TC output may not kill, or give a serious electric shock (unless 
you count in the toriod discharge) the REAL problem is when a TC streamer 
contacts the open curcuit of...say the 120V mains, or 240V mains. You see, 
what happens is that the streamer acts as a conductor and pulls that extra 
power through the coil. So the TC streamer now has lower frequency 
electricity running through it with extra current. I've seen this happen, 
and its NO fun. If your in the way..your toast.
