HV Cable

Hi All

I have acquired some automotive copper-cored HT cable for MOT "hot side"
interconnects. Does anyone have any ideas about the insulation rating of
this stuff? There are no markings on the cable (should be illegal,
grumble, grumble).

The cable has an OD of 6.7mm/0.265" and, as well as I can measure, the ID
of the insulation is 1.0mm/0.039".

Although I have no intention of being near it when it's live, I can get
silicone or PTFE sleeveing to slip over it if anyone things that the rating
would be too low for TC work (assuming up to MOT four-pack a la Greg Hunter).

Cheers

M
