	Many people.
	Probably, its on the web somewhere.
	Electrical Engineers handbook gives it as a curve,
	varying with gap width and electrode shape.
	Looks like 125kv (peak) pr mm at 1 mm.
	500 odd kv (or more) at 1 cm
