Jack,
    You can run all three primaries in parallel if you make the center one
opposite in polarity to the outside two.  You can do the same with the
secondary windings also.  So at 120 in you would get (360/440)*9= 7.36 kv
out.  Sounds good to me.  I wonder how the insulation looks?  Maybe we could
run two of these in series for 14.72 kv.
