GREG PETERS: I HAVE USED BAILING WIRE FOR HAY BAILING HELD TIGHT WITN
VARNISH WITH A SCREW SHAFT TO ACT AS AN ADJUSTMENT CONTROL IN SIMILAR USE,
BUT NOT AS A BALAST. I LIKE THE IDEA ALSO.
