F-C-I is Film Capacitor(s) Inc.

I believe they are gone now. The latest parts I've seen from them are also
1983. I took one 30uF 1kV filter cap from them apart and found not only
really noxious fast evaporating fluid, but tape from the known defunct
Gudeman.
