Mineral oil is extremely common.  Did you check your local supermarket and
drug stores???
All of the grocery stores around my house anyways carry 1 gallon jugs of the
stuff.
I definitely wouldn't use the scented, soothing baby oil though.  May be
conductive depending on
what they put in it.
