I cannot say if it's good for TC use, but it's called Glyptal or Red Glyptal
(which may be some trademark of one maker.) It's red gunk that dries like
glue. you can probably get it at an electronics shop or dealer that sells
"GC Electronics" branded chemicals. Again, they might call it something
else.
