There is a nice 32kV, 30mA Transformer on ebay.

Primary:  120VAC 50/60Hz
Secondary 32kV Centertapped

You won't be able to run the full 32kV referenced to ground, but you can run
center-point ground just like in a NST.

Could make an interesting tesla coil, provided you overcome the problems of
the higher voltage.
