scroll down to see the PVC supports. As I mention there I am still getting 
some arcing but not damaging however I want to eliminate it. Does any1 have 
any suggestions? Also, the arc seems a little snappy and crackly with a cap 
ballast, is this typical of a cap ballast or is merely the result of the 
reduced input power?
