Hi Dave,

It depends on what you mean.  Quarterwave theory for the secondary wire all
straigtened out does not apply.  When coiled, the resonance is altered.
Paul has already said that quarterwave resonance of the coiled secondary is
still a good term in that it describes the resonant mode.
