More Magnet Wire nitpicking

Folks-

     Is Imideze (ML) wire worth the extra cost? Has anybody experimented and
verified that the theoretically lower dissipation factor increases output? Or
is it a diminishing return, compared to HD Thermaleze?
     For that matter, are Teflon, Litz, or multi-filar secondary windings a
perceptable improvement?
     Searched the archives, and though these have been tried, seems not much
data on whether the effort and expense was worth it.
