I checked with my Maxwell gurus.  This cap is used for a pulse application
involving kidney stone breaking.  It is rated for max. voltage reversal of
20% and will fail is used in a TC circuit with 95% voltage reversal being
common.

Also, it is not rated for a high duty cycle that is common in TC circuits.
