Thanks for your feedback.
I know about the problem about starting fires.
Where I live houses are usually built completely of
stones and less with wooden materials, just a quiestion of cost
efficiency, depending on the materials available and cost for labour.

The walls and ceiling are 12" thick massively
steel reinforced concrete, pretty unlikely
to catch fire. However there is the danger of hitting cables that
are run in the walls or ceiling, I really should do something
about this, but after many severy strikes to the power lines
I observed no serious negative effects apart from tripping the beaker.
