Hi Chip, Christopher,

I've never had personal experience with the Behr 50 "Pour On"
as I can't find it in my here in the Memphis, TN area. I have
heard how easily it can be applied in a very thick coat with a
single application. I have had good success with no cracking
or crazing from temperature extremes with the Minwax Indoor/
Outdoor Helmsman Spar Urethane. It is only a little more costly
than the plain polyurethane and applies just like it, requiring
multiple coats for a good thick coating. My garage does
stay somewhat warmer than the outside temps on cold winter
nights but does still get quite chilly. OTH, sub-zero temps are
almost unheard of in this part of the country, so I guess I can't
personally vouch for the verility of the spar urethane in REALLY
cold temperatures.
