I think people are forgetting this is supposed to be a NONLETHAL weapon,
adding a return path on a weapon like that if it's tesla coil based would
probably give a lethal shock, that's how Henry Transtrom died. So I doubt
any sort of ground spike or something similar as a return path will not be
used, because nonlethality couldn't be guaranteed anymore.
