Original poster: "D.C. Cox" <resonance@xxxxxxxxxx>Some list members have put them into an icebox and then carefully cracked away the frozen tar before soaking them in kerosine to do the final dissolve.
When finished removing some shunts you can drop them into a tupperware container filled with xmfr or mineral oil (health food store). In oil you can drive them up to 30% harder on the current ratings.
