Best way to mount secondary

Hello,

Sorry for all the little questions these days, but I would like to 
get others opinions before I put together my first coil.

I drew three mounting options I thought up and wondered what the best 
one would be....maybe some of you have done it one of these three ways:

4" flat caps seems to be hard to find, so the other two mounting 
options might be better.....or there might be better alternatives.
