Heh thanks.  I added some PFC caps today to get the full voltage and even
with a mot ballast, it can stretch a fat arc about 6" before it
extinguishes.  As of were i got it, it was a metal recycling place in Ohio
near Cleveland.  I go there all the time to score lots of goodies.
