First, the 60Hz is converted to several hundred kilohertz by the action of
the spark gap and the resonant circuit of your primary and capacitor. No way
to reconstitute the 60Hz. You need to study some basic electrical theory.

Second, how could it be a motor? Where is the mechanism?
