[TCML] Primary and secondary winding direction (CW or CCW)?

I have my 4 comb strips to hold my primary coil tube. I haven't been able
to tell 100% which direction to start winding either clockwise or
counter-clockwise.

Does it matter or do both the primary and secondary windings have to match
(i.e. both CW or both CCW)? What if they are not in the same direction?

I haven't gotten my secondary winding started yet as I may purchase one. I
don't want to start my primary and find out I have it in the wrong
direction.

Thoughts?
