A sincere thank you to those who replied.
Davids' post did jog my memory. I forgot that I have a tread mill motor
with all controls stored here at work. One of our electronic techs is going
to help me consolidate the controls into one neat enclosure, So, I'm
thinking I should have everything i need. However, I will leave the
important thinking to our tech.
