[TCML] Javatc question

I can't seem to understand this.

Javatc (great program) Under secondary coil you have R1,R2 and then Height 1
and Height 2 and so on

On Height 1 which I take to be the distance from the primary to ground
plane, if say I am going to have my primary at about 10 inches above ground
and put that number in for height 1, it messes up the graphic picture of the
coil secondary. So to get the picture correct I have to move the primary
higher above ground and add that too Height2 then the picture is correct.
Seems that there is a built in value for Height1. So does this mean that my
primary should be higher off ground. Thanks for any feedback
