So what's the secret, is it higher or lower frequency that penetrated the
body to the least? If microwaves penetrate does that mean that the lower the
frequency, the least the current will penetrate?

Not to mention, didn't we establish that the 30% skin depth at most
Tesla coil frequencies is measured in inches, if not tens of inches?
My big coils resonated at about 125 kHz.
