James,Before you get too far, better check on the physical and chemical properties of ozone. It's pretty unstable stuff. Nowhere that I know of that you can just go out and buy a tank of pure, pre-made ozone.
Even if you make copious amounts of ozone, how do you propose to separate it from the 80% nitrogen in the air, as well as the 99% of the O2 that you don't convert to ozone?
