I have several MJ10050 Power Darlingtons.  According to specs they are
850V VCEO and 50A (50kVA rated).  If the number nomenclature is
the same, MJ10100 would be 100A device at 850V (100kVA!!!).  That
is a hell of a transistor my friend...
