Thanks to all for the responses on the capacitor issue.  Several
questions were posed, including:

1. Purpose = Medium large (8.5" O.D. x 5' secondary)  Tesla tank cap -
12  to 120 kV primary power sources at 120 to  3400 millamperes.

2. Capacitance =  ~ 1uF at 60,000 VRMS

3.  Why not use poly/foil series/parallel multi-mini =  Cost hundreds of
dollars for that many caps


Nothing yet on the PTFE insulated bucket caps.  There was something out
there where a guy was claiming millions of volts trough such a cap.
