One infers it is the freq at which the thing goes 1/4 wave
resonance. relatively easily determined. First (and lowest)
	of the self resonant modes.

(A classical solenoid, for controlling vales & such hasn't
got one, being too lossy. A single layer coil (eg crystal set,
tesla primary or secondary, or flat wound coil) will resonate.)
