As you are a Geek Grouper,  I know you wouldn't want to overcharge people
for your caps.  The going rate for brand new surplus MO caps is 40 cents to
$1.50 from USA Manufacturing Surplus.

MO caps generally are no good for RF use - they will overheat and explode.
I think most have mylar dielectric which is lousy at RF.   But they are fine
for level shifters (original use in a MO) and DC filter caps at 50 or 60 Hz.
