FYI,	 epoxy can be removed without using chemicals. It usually
doesn't take that long, just requires patience. A tool I found great for
removing epoxy was from PACE Worldwide, (http://www.paceworldwide.com).
You can also get a decent one from Weller. Your going to be spending a
decent amount on either, roughly $800+, but if you do a lot of work with
epoxy then this could be a sound investment.

Yup, waste of time for epoxy.
Use to remove epoxy chemically, it works great but it removes the 
varnish off wires and will eat anything plastic or phenolic too.
