"In the public sector" are the key words.  A large triangular craft flew
over Phoenix, Arizona for several hours about 5 years ago.  It was huge and
literally millions of people saw it.  When it finally left, it jetted off
without making a sound.  People who got near it, such as my best friends
brother, who is a mechanical engineer, said that it was emitting a corona,
the hair on his body stood on end and a very slight electrical buzzing sound
could be heard.  He also said that it electrified his car's body, so that
when he touched it, he could feel the charge, similar to parking under high
tension power lines.  Sound familiar?
