Re: [TCML] My first ballast results

Hello Dan,

Here is the textbook that I use although any good transformer design text should be just as good.

Title: Transformer and Inductor Design Handbook, 3rd Edition
Author: Wm. T. McLyman
Publisher: Marcel Dekker
Date: 2004

For the design of an AC inductor, refer to Chapter 10. I don't have a link, but I will send you a PDF version. I hope it comes through because it is 15.5 MB.

Steve,
I have gotten my popping corn and set an aggressive Netflix schedule and
will lie in wait for your calculations! In lieu of that, do you have a link
to the calculations so I could make my own spreadsheet calculator? If is in
a book or some other resource, feel free to snap a pic and email directly
to me.

Thanks!
